About me!

I am an artistic and sensitive person. I am intuitive and use that as my guide in life. When I listen to my inner voice I’ve seen magical things happen. That voice has been telling me to pursue photography for 20 years and in many ways I have-I’ve had cameras since I was 10 years old, I’ve taken photos of friends, landscapes, and my everyday life. I’ve taken a film class and bought cool gear, but in 2024 I realized it was one of my biggest desires to pursue photography intentionally. I started taking courses, learning my camera settings inside and out, and started building the foundation of my business. 

 

I sometimes wish I had listened earlier and wonder why I didn’t. I was so busy “doing” that I forgot to set aside time to pursue what lit me up. But that’s the process many of us must embark on-to relearn who we are and what excites us most. 

 

Photography lights me up for in a magical way. I become inspired by the subject, the unique natural elements that are on full display that day, and then I mingle the two. It’s exhilarating to capture a sweet moment between a mom and daughter with the wind blowing their hair in unison or a couple in the perfect lighting. I have found humans to be such a beautiful subject and nature to be the most epic backdrop. 

 

When I take a picture I aim to capture the essence of whomever is in front of me. I want you to not only recognize yourself, but also see glimmers of yourself that have, perhaps, been hidden.
